摘要
以ADCl2铝合金成分为基础,通过加入不同含量的Si、Cu元素,同时对铸件进行细化处理、变质处理、精炼处理以及热处理,研究了Si、Cu元素对ADCl2铝合金力学性能的影响。结果表明,当Si含量达到11%,Cu含量达到3.0%时,ADCl2铝合金的抗拉强度和伸长率达到最优。当Si元素含量在11%时,ADC12铝合金的抗拉强度为210MPa,δ=14.8%;当Cu元素含量在3.0%时,ADC12铝合金的抗拉强度为292 MPa,伸长率为10.2%。
On the basis of ADC12 aluminum alloy components, by adding various amounts of Si, Cu elements and making refining processing, modification, refining treatment to alloy melt and heat treatment process of casting, the effects of Si, Cu content on the mechanical properties of ADCl2 alloy were researched. The results show that when the content of Si reaches 11% and the content of Cu reaches 3.0%, the tensile strength and elongation of ADCl2 alloy rate are optimal. When the content of Si reaches 11%, the mechanical property of ADCI2 alloy achieves that σ=210 MPa, and δ=14.8%. When the content of Cu reaches 3.0%, the mechanical property of ADCl2 aluminum alloy achieves that σ=292MPa, and δ= 10.2%.
