摘要
采用高温焙烧加酸洗的处理工艺对SiC颗粒表面进行处理,利用真空热压法制备SiC_P/Al-25Si复合材料,借助扫描电镜对粉末形貌及试样组织进行表征,采用X衍射仪对表面处理态SiC进行物相分析,测试了该复合材料的抗拉强度及热膨胀系数,研究了SiC颗粒表面状态及形貌对复合材料微观组织、抗拉强度及热膨胀系数的影响。结果表明,SiC颗粒经高温焙烧加酸洗处理后,SiC_P/Al-25Si复合材料中SiC颗粒与基体结合良好,材料致密度增大,同时该复合材料的抗拉强度明显提高,热膨胀系数降低。
SiC particles were processed by surface treatment of high temperature calcination and acid pickling technology. SiCp/Al-25Si composite was preparcd by vacuum hot pressed and sintering process. The ndcrostructure of experimental material and particle surface morphology were analyzed by SEM. The phase of SiC particles aider surface processing was analyzed by X-ray diffraction. The tensile strength and thermal expansion coefficient of the composite were examined. The effects of surface state of SiC particle and morphology on the microstructure and performance of SiCF/Al-25Si composite were analyzed. The results show that after SiC particle through high temperature and acid pickling treatment, the SiC particle combines well with matrix in the SiCp/Al-25Si composite. The compactness of the composite increases. The tensile strength of the composite improves significantly, and the coefficient of the thermal expansion decreases.
