摘要 采用铸造+轧制制备了1060Al/AZ31Mg层状复合材料,研究了铸造1060Al/AZ31Mg层状复合材料界面结构及性能,并研究了轧制对复合材料组织的影响。结果表明,铸造1060Al/AZ31Mg层状复合材料界面生成了金属间化合物,从1060Al侧向AZ31Mg侧依次为Al Mg化合物层、Mg17Al12化合物层、Mg+Mg17Al12共晶层。界面金属间化合物层显微硬度明显高于两侧母材,靠近1060铝合金侧化合物层达到最大值250 HV左右。1060Al/AZ31Mg层状复合材料轧制后界面金属间化合物破碎,累计压下量80%时,金属间化合物基本消失。 1060Al/A Z31Mg laminated composite was fabricated by casting-rolling technique. The microstructure and properties of 1060Al/AZ31Mg laminated composite were studied. The effects of rolling on the microstructure of the composite was investigated. The results show that there are intermetallic compounds generating on the interface of as-casted 1060Al/AZ31Mg laminated composite. From 1060A1 side to AZ31Mg side, they are AIMg compound layer, Mg17TAl12 compound layer, Mg+Mg17/Al12 eutectic layer in order. The microhardness of interfacial intermetallic compound layer is significantly higher than that of base material, which can reach a maximum of about 250 HV near the compound layer of 1060 aluminum alloy side. After 1060Al/AZ31Mg laminated composite rolling, interfacial intermetallic compound are broken, under the cumulative reduction of 80%, the intermetallic compound disappears.
