摘要 研究了激光电流、激光脉宽、激光频率、扫描速度和扫描间距对单层单道扫描、单层多道扫描的影响。确定了较佳的工艺参数范围,为随后的多层多道扫描及块体成型件奠定了基础。通过多层多道扫描试验研究,研究了各工艺参数对块体形貌及表面质量的影响,最终得到了适合此镍铝金属粉末选区激光熔化成型的最佳工艺参数。 The influences of laser electric current, laser pulse width, laser frequency, scanning speed and scanning spacing on the single-layer single-channel scanning and single-layer multi-channel scanning were studied. The optimal process parameters range was determined, which can provide theoretical basis for subsequent multi-level multi-channel scanning and block body forming part. By multi-level multi-channel scanning experiment, the effects of process parameters on the block morphology and surface quality were studied. Finally,the optimal SLM process for nickel-aluminum metal powder forming can be obtained.
