热处理对添加稀土元素的AZ51镁合金组织及性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究了热处理对添加稀土元素的AZ51镁合金强度及塑性的影响。结果表明:AZ51新型镁合金抗拉强度为315.6 MPa,断后伸长率达到23%,硬度为61.7 HV;经过T5处理后,晶粒细化,抗拉强度提高1.6%,断后伸长率下降7%,硬度提高29%;经过T6处理后,抗拉强度下降2.5%,断后伸长率下降20%,硬度下降6%。添加微量稀土元素的AZ51新型镁合金韧塑性有明显的提高,T5时效热处理后,镁合金的性能有所提高,但不明显;T6热处理后,镁合金的性能有所下降。 In order to study the influences of heat treatment on strength and plasticity ofAZS1 Mg alloy with RE, T5 and T6 heat treatment were processed on AZ51 new Mg alloy. The results show that the tensile strength of AZ51 new Mg alloy is 315.6 MPa, the elongation is 23%, the hardness is 61.7 HV. After T5 heat treatment, the grains are thinning, mechanical property increases slightly, the strength and hardness are up to 1.6% and 29% respectively and plasticity is declined by 7%. After T6 heat treatment, the strength is declined by 2.5% and elongation and hardness are declined by 20% and 6%, dramatically. Plasticity of the new Mg alloy with RE increases apparently, the property after T5 improves rarely and the property after T6 heat treatment has a little down.
