摘要
本文根据飞机飞行过程中舱体(含发动机舱、APU舱和通用货舱)气流技术要求,设计一套民用飞机防火系统地面模拟试验的气流模拟系统,包括风机规格型号及其与配套设备的确定、流量控制阀和管路的确定,等等;同时对气流模拟系统进行了三维建模仿真计算,确定了气流模拟系统设计参数满足设计要求。
According to the flux and pressure of inlet in nacelle, APU compartment and cargo compartment during fight, an airstream simulation system used in fire protection system is designed. A ventilator system and control valves are chosen and the diameter of each pipe is calculated. A three-dimensional simulation based on FLUENT is conducted while loading in real situations. The results confirm the design of airstream simulation system is appropriate.
