摘要
前缘缝翼在飞机起飞、降落过程中起到增加升力、提高性能的作用。对于缝翼装配过程中的自身偏差和装配误差,设计了一种缝翼自适应调整装配技术使缝翼加强肋与滑轨良好对接。并通过该机构的数学模型、运动仿真及实验,验证并计算了偏心衬套偏心量对前缘缝翼尾缘偏离的影响。目前,前缘缝翼自适应调整装配技术已应用到大型客机缝翼设计中。
The leading edge slat takes an important role to increase aircraft lift and to improve flight performance during taking off and landing. To solve the slat deviation and assembly errors of the slat assembly, a kind of the slat adaptive adjuslment assemhly technnlogy is designed to make the slat reinforcing ribs and track good docking. Through the mathematical model, the motion simulation and the experiment, the influence of the eccentricity of the eccentric sleeve to the slat trailing edge can be verified and calculated. The slal adaptive adjustment assembly technology have been applied on aircrafts slat design successfully.
