“一带一路”背景下优化广西面向东盟国际传播策略研究 被引量:2

摘要 在中国—东盟合作共赢的"黄金十年"中,广西各级媒体充分发挥区域优势,通过纸质媒介、广播媒介和电视媒介搭建起中国与东盟各国交流合作的媒体平台,用丰富的文化内容全方位向东盟国家讲述中国故事。但在"一带一路"背景下广西面向东盟开展国际传播面临一定的困境,需要进一步优化广西面向东盟业已形成的国际传播体系,充分发挥广西的地缘优势,进一步整合国际传播内容,打造国际传播的区域品牌,配合国家的外交战略,以此提升国家软实力,最终实现与东盟国家形成命运共同体的传播愿景。 During China and ASEAN cooperation and win-win "golden decade", media at all levels in Guangxi and give full play to the regional advantage, to build up a media platform for exchanges and cooperation between China and ASEAN, with rich cultural content full range to the association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) tells the story of China. In view of practical significance of international communication, in the "The Belt and Road under the background of" it is necessary to summarize the past Guangxi face ASEAN with international communication strengths and shortcomings, summed up the experience, to further optimize the communication system has been formed in Guangxi for the ASEAN International, give full play to "take a road under the background of Guangxi's geographical advantages, further the integration of international communication, to create regional brand of international communication, cooperate with the state of neighboring countries (regions) of the diplomaticstrategy, in order to enhance the country's soft power, and ultimately form a common destiny with the ASEAN countries the spread of vision.
