摘要
群组科研信息环境评价体系的构建对于了解目前群组科研信息环境的建设情况和进一步完善科研信息环境建设具有重要意义。本文在介绍群组科研信息环境建设发展的背景的基础上,概述了群组、科研信息环境、群组科研信息环境等相关的定义。在分析目前国内外群组科研信息环境建设情况和学科门户、数字图书馆、社交网站等相关评价体系的同时,基于SECI模型、技术接受模型和使用满足理论构建群组科研信息环境的影响因素模型,并在此基础上构建了包括信息资源、需求满足、技术因素和政策机制四个方面的群组科研信息环境的评价体系。
The construction of group scientific research information environment evaluation system has a signification im-pact on knowing the present situation of group scientific research information environment, and will also promote the con-struction of scientific research information.This paper introduced the construction and development of group scientific re-search information environment,summarized the related definitions of group, research information environment and groupresearch information environment.By analyzing the construction of domestic and foreign group research information environ-ments and related evaluation systems such as subject portal, digital library, social networking sites,and by referring to SECIModel, the Technology Acceptance Model and Uses and Gratification Theory, we construct the influencing factors modeland the evaluation system which including four aspects:information resource,need satisfaction,technology factors and policymechanism on group scientific research information environment.
