摘要
在总结世界各国大坝抗震设防标准的基础上,建立了基于性能的高土石坝抗震风险分析模型。根据大坝地震危险性分析,确定了基于性能的地震动输入标准及地震峰值加速度的概率分布形式,建立地震作用下高土石坝常见破损模式(坝坡稳定和永久变形)的结构易损性模型;结合震后损失建议了高土石坝抗震风险评价矩阵。
After analyzing dam seismic standards in the world, a seismic risk analysis model of high earth-rock dam is established based on performance. Combined with the seismic hazard analysis, the earthquake input criteria and probability distribution of peek ground acceleration are determined. The structural fragility models are established respectively for the common failure modes of dam slope instability and permanent deformation. Combining with the earthquake damage consequences, a matrix rank is suggested to evaluate the seismic risk level.
