摘要
膨胀螺栓是ALIMAK爬罐安全运行的重要承载力构件。以丰宁抽水蓄能电站引水系统1号上斜井ALIMAK STH-5D爬罐施工为研究对象,运用相关力学知识对轨道膨胀螺栓进行抗拉理论计算,确定了爬罐轨道膨胀螺栓抗拉承载力的允许值,并经过实际拉拔破坏试验进行了验证,为爬罐螺栓抗拉试验安全值的选定提供了可靠的理论依据。
Expansion bolt is important bearing component for the safe operation of ALIMAK Climber. Taking the ALIMAK STH-5D Climber for the No. 1 inclined shaft of diversion system in Fengning Pumped-storage Power Station as research object,the tension capacity of rail expansion bolt is theoretically calculated based on mechanics theory, and the allowable value of uplift bearing capacity for expansion bolts in ALIMAK Climber is finally determined. The allowable value is verified by the pulling destruction tests. The research provides a reliable theoretical basis for the determination of allowable value of expansion bolts in ALIMAK Climber.
