摘要
利用ANSYS软件建立某水库溢流表孔弧形闸门三维有限元模型,结合弧形闸门锈蚀检测数据建立弧形闸门锈蚀有限元模型,模拟其全面锈蚀与局部锈蚀进行计算,计算结果表明弧形闸门锈蚀后,锈蚀部位应力分布变化明显,闸门强度和刚度有不同程度的降低。还发现当锈蚀坑位于面板锈蚀敏感部位时,对面板应力的影响较大。研究结果可用于分析在役弧形闸门的强度和刚度,为弧形闸门的日常管理和锈蚀模拟计算提供参考。
The 3D finite element models are established for the radial steel gate of a reservoir spillway by software ANSYS. The corrosion finite element models of radial gate are also established according to corrosion detection data of radial gate to simulate uniform corrosion and local corrosion. The calculation results show that,( a) the stress distribution of gate is significantly changed and the strength and stiffness also have different degrees of reduction after corrosion; and( b) the corrosion pits have a greater effect on the stress of gate panel when they are located in sensitive part of gate. The research results can be used to analyze the rigidity and strength of radial gate in service, and provide some references for the daily management of radial gate and the calculation of corrosion.
