摘要
从连作多年的黄瓜根际土样中筛选得到1株对黄瓜炭疽病菌Colletotrichum orbiculare具有较强拮抗活性的菌株WF-3。通过菌落形态观察、生理生化特性及16S r DNA序列分析,该菌株鉴定为甲基营养型芽孢杆菌Bacillus methylotrophicus。活体盆栽条件下,该菌株对黄瓜炭疽病的防治效果为66.48%。两年的田间试验表明拮抗菌株WF-3培养物对黄瓜炭疽病具有良好的防治效果,防效分别为68.14%和73.70%。
A bacterial strain WF-3 isolated from rhizosphere soil of cucumber in a continuous cucumber cropping system, exhibited a high antagonistic effect on cucumber anthracnose caused by Colletotrichum orbiculare. This strain was identified as Bacillus methylotrophicus according to its morphological, physiological and biochemical characterizations and the analysis of 16 S r DNA gene sequence. In this paper, we have investigated the control effect of WF-3 against cucumber anthracnose via pot and field experiments. Results showed that in the pot experiment the control effect was 66.48%, while in a two-year field test conducted with the cultures of WF-3, the good control effect of 68.14% and 73.70% was obtained in 2013 and 2014, respectively, which proved that WF-3 can effectively control cucumber anthracnose.
