第2足趾、趾-指移植—修饰性拇、手指再造

Transplantation of Toe- Finger and Second Toe- Beautifying Reconstruction of Thumbs and Fingers

目的通过对第2足趾、趾-指移植再造拇、手指术式的改进，对其临床预后与其它方法比较，探讨最适合临床再造拇、手指的手术方案。方法自2008年9月～2014年12月，我院共收治拇、手指缺损病例56例、60指。采用第2足趾移植再造拇指46例、再造示指17例、再造中指2例，双足第2足趾移植再造示、中指2例4指。结果本组病例全部成活，功能随访49例，再造指活动功能满意，感觉恢复良好，指端两点分辨觉为0．4～0．6cm。结论第2足趾移植修饰性再造拇、手指，手术过程简洁易行、手术时间短、供足损伤小，功能与外形均满意。

Objective To explore the optimal clinical reconstruction of thumbs and fingers and compare the clinical prognosis with those with other methods. Methods From September in 2008 to December in 2014, 60 patients with thumb defect and 56 with finger defect were treated in our hospital. 46 thumbs, 17 index fingers and 2 middle fingers were recon- structed by the second - toe transplantation, and 2 index and 4 middle fingers by the double - second - toe transplantation. Results All cases were healed. 49 ones were followed up. The functions of reconstructed fingers were satisfactory with good sensory recovery. The two - point discrimination was 0. 4 - 0. 6 cm. Conclusion The beautifying thumb - finger reconstruc- tion by the second toe transplantation simplifies operation process, shortens operation time, limits donor foot injury and leads to satisfactory, function and appearance.
