Discussion about optimizing treatment of acute promyelocytic leukemia

摘要 急性早幼粒细胞白血病（APL）是急性髓系白血病的亚型之一。超过95％的APL患者15号染色体的PML基因与17号染色体的RARA基因发生融合形成PML-RARA融合基因，其产生的融合蛋白导致髓系细胞分化障碍并停滞住早幼粒细胞阶段。
