市场化进程中农户兼业对其土地转出选择的影响研究

A Research on the Effects of Farmers' Part-time Employment on Households' Choices of Land Transfer under the Background of Marketization

农地流转是培育新型农业经营主体,实现适度规模经营的必经之路。在影响土地流转因素的研究中,农户兼业对其土地流转的影响被长期关注但仍存争议。本文利用2012年清华大学全国"百村调查"数据研究发现,总体来看,农户劳动力兼业水平和收入兼业水平对农户土地转出行为有正向影响,具体表现为农户家庭常年在外务工劳动力比重越高,农户转出土地的可能性越高,但依据兼业收入比重分类来看,非农收入占家庭总收入比重低于50%的农业户不易于转出土地,而非农收入比重高于80%的非农业户更倾向于转出土地;通过工具变量纠正农户兼业与土地转出之间可能的内生性问题后,估计结果依然稳健。

Farmlands＇ transfer is an important way to raise new agricultural business entities and to achieve approapriate agricultural operation scale. Among the research of determinants of land transfer,there＇s still controversy on the relationship between households＇ nonfarm employment and land transfer. This paper used the data of 2012 national survey by Tsinghua University to find that both farmer＇s labor part-time degree and income part-time degree will affect farmer＇s land transfer behavior significantly and positively; in detail,the greater the ratio of long-term migrate workers in total family labors,the higher the probability that farmers will transfer their land;in addition,farmers whose nonfarm income occupy less than 50% of household total income are not likely to transfer lands,however farmers whose nonfarm income occupy more than 80% are more likely to transfer lands. After using instrumental variable to correct the endogeneity between land transfer and farmer＇s part-time degree,the results are still robust.
