摘要HIV感染/艾滋病相关淋巴瘤（HIV/AIDS related lymphoma,ARL）是一组与HIV感染有关的淋巴组织异质性肿瘤。有研究表明,ARL的发病有增高趋势,已超过Kaposi肉瘤,成为AIDS病相关最常见的恶性肿瘤[1]。由于免疫系统受抑制程度不尽相同,大约60%的患者在诊断淋巴瘤时并未确诊AIDS病,淋巴瘤可以是AIDS病的第一表现。
