二胺替吡啉甲烷光度法快速测定锰硅合金中钛

摘要 试样以硝酸和氢氟酸溶解,硫酸冒烟赶尽氟后,在盐酸介质中,用抗坏血酸还原铁、锰,钛与二胺替吡啉甲烷生成黄色络合物,借此进行光度法测定钛,测定值与标准值相符,相对标准偏差≤0.0484%。 The sample was dissolved with nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid,the fluorine was drove away by smoking with hydrofluoric acid,then in the hydrochloric acid medium,the iron and manganese were reduced by using ascorbic acid,the titanium and diantipyrylmethane generated a yellow complex,and whereby the titanium was determined by spectrophotometry. The measured value was in agreement with standard value,whose relative standard deviation was less than 0. 0484%.
