摘要
采用化学分析、金相检验和对比试验等方法,对HRB335？36 mm拉伸试样出现头部开裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明,试验使用平钳口,且未全部夹持是导致大规格拉伸试样头部发生开裂的主要原因。
By chemical analysis,metallographical examination,comparison tests and other methods,the reasons for the cracking at the head of 36mm HRB335 tensile sample were studied. The results showed that,the using of flat clamp and the incomplete clamping in tests were the main reasons leading to cracking at the head of large-size tensile samples.
