摘要
选用生产的X60MS为研究对象,从力学和微观组织分析材料性能,并主要研究其在硫化氢(H_2S)溶液中氢致开裂(HIC)行为。用氢致开裂实验考察了微观组织及微区成分对抗HIC性能的影响,分析了影响管线钢氢致裂纹产生的主要原因,总结裂纹产生规律。对提高抗HIC高强度管线钢的安全性具有重要意义。
Choosing X60MS pipeline steel produced as study subject,the material properties was analyzed from mechanics and microstructure,mainly studying its hydrogen induced cracking behavior in H_2S solution. By hydrogen induced cracking test,the influence of microstructure and micro-area compositions on the hydrogen induced cracking property was studied,and the main reasons leading to hydrogen induced cracking of pipeline steel were analyzed,thereby the law in crack generating was summarized. The study has a great significance for the safety improvement of anti-HIC high strength pipeline steels.
