Determination of Silicon in Ferro-manganese by ICP-AES Method

摘要 采用硝酸和氢氟酸溶解样品,选择212.413 nm波长作为分析线,ICP-AES测定锰铁中的硅含量。对3个锰铁标准样品测定11次,得到相对标准偏差为0.432%~0.568%,使用该法分析标准样品和实际样品,分析结果与认定值和高氯酸重量法测定值一致,满足锰铁中硅含量的测定。 The sample was dissolved with nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid,and taking 212. 413 nm wave length as analytical line,the content of silicon in ferro-manganese was determined by ICP-AES method.The determination was carried out for eleven times with three ferromanganese standard samples,the relative standard deviation obtained was 0. 432% ~ 0. 568%. By taking this method to analyze the standard sample and actual sample,the analysis results and certified values were in accordant with the measured values obtained by perchlorate weight method,meeting the determination requirement of silicon in ferromanganese.
