摘要
正如梁启超先生所言,近世是一个"过渡时代"。这体现在城市交通方面,即传统交通向新式交通的转变,步行为主的交通方式向集中的大众化公共交通转变。长期封禁之东北地区,因这一转变而产生的影响是十分鲜明而剧烈的。近代东北城市中公共交通体系的建构,对民众生活的物质层面及精神层面均产生了重要影响,提升了民众的生活质量,推动了民众生活观念诸多方面的转变。
just as Mr Liang Qichao said, modem time is a ＂transitional era＂. It is shown in the aspect of urban traffic transition from walking to the public transportation, namely the transition of the traditional traffic to the new transportation. Northeast area banned for a long time has had a great change because of the impact of this transition. The modem construction of urban public transport system in the northeast has produced important influence on the people＇s lives at the material and spiritual level. It has improved the life quality and promoted the change of people＇s concept in many aspects.
