现代民族品质的成长与社会主义核心价值观的培育

On the Cultivation of Socialist Core Values by Developing Modern National Qualities

现代民族品质是"社会主义核心价值观"的心理基础,是中国特色社会主义的基础性软实力,在我国具有特殊的政治价值与成长机制,应将社会主义核心价值观的培育与践行融入到现代民族品质的成长的过程中。从政治生态和社会日常生活状态来看,我国民众现代民族品质应当以法治观念为中心、以共识意识为指向来建构其基本内容,并在此过程中滋养涵育社会主义核心价值观;在基本策略上,应继续完善政治整合与政治社会化互动机制,使顶层设计与日常生活相辅相成,使"经济成绩单"转化为政治资源,使依法治国与社会公德相互促进,在推动现代民族品质成长的同时,使社会主义核心价值观获得厚实而持久的发展动力。

this article states clearly that the primary requirement for cultivation of socialist core values is to actively develop Chinese people＇s modem national qualities. It claims that the role consciousness, notion of equality and liberty, mentality of tolerance, idea of cooperation and compromise, spirit of opening,？self confidence, self-questioning and so on should be the essential factors of modem Chinese national qualities. In developing those modem qualities, we should, on one hand, by political integration, compress those qualities into the basic social value; on the other hand, by political socialization, we must make them enter people＇s usual life and convert them into the public conception.
