国内反常性痤疮临床特点分析

Literature analysis on the clinical characteristics of patients with abnormal acne in China

目的分析国内反常性痤疮病例的临床特点。方法通过检索中文数据库有关＂反常性痤疮＂的期刊文献,归纳文献中病例的基本情况、临床表现、辅助检查、治疗方式及疗效等资料,对相关临床特征整理分析。结果共纳入文献34篇,收集病例43例,其中男36例,女7例,初发年龄8~47岁,病程2—34年,皮肤病变可累及身体多个部位,可呈多种表现形式,实验室检查白细胞计数升高20例（46.5%）,中性粒细胞升高15例（34.9%）。21例行病理学检查,结果呈现毛囊病变伴炎性细胞浸润19例。41例患者接受治疗,治愈9例（22.0%）,病情反复32例（78.0%）。结论国内反常性痤疮病例的发病年龄、病程、病变部位、典型皮损、辅助检查结果等临床特点与外文文献基本相近,该病治疗方式尚存争议,值得国内医师进一步研究。

Objective To analyse the clinical characteristics of of patients with abnormal acne in China.Methods By searching the database of the Chinese ＂ acne inversa＂ periodical literatures,summarized the basic situation,clinical manifestation,auxiliary examination,treatment methods and curative effect,the arrangement and analysis of the clinical features.Results 43 cases were collected from 34 Chinese articles,36 cases were male and female 7 cases.The primary age was 8-47 years old,2-34 in the course of the disease.Dermopathy may involve multiple parts of the body in a variety of forms,and white blood cell count increased in 20 cases（46.5%）,and 15 cases（34.9%） were increased in neutrophilic granulocyte count.Pathological examination showed that 19 cases of hair follicle lesions accompanied with inflammatory cell infiltration among 21 cases.41 patients received treatment,9 cases were cured（22.0%）,and 32 cases（78.0%） were repeated.Conclusion The clinical characteristics of age of onset,course of disease,diseased region,dermopathy type and result of auxiliary examination of Chinese cases is similar with foreign cases.The treatment of acne inverse is still controversial;it is worthy of further clinical research for Chinese physicians.
