本土多元文化情境下包容性领导的现实基础和路径构建 被引量:2

On Realistic Foundation and Construction Path of Inclusive Leadership in the Local Multicultural Context

摘要 包容性领导是一种能够适应当前复杂的组织管理环境,更好地促进组织中人和事融合的全新领导方式。在本土多元文化情境下,包容性领导蕴含了"和而不同"、"兼容并蓄"的重要思想,拥有丰富的理论支撑和实践基础。同时,包容性领导也面临着制度与情感的矛盾、价值认同障碍以及管理环境复杂的挑战。在相关研究基础上,提出多元文化情境下包容性领导的构建路径。 Inclusive leadership suits the current complex management environment. It is a new leadership that promotes the integration of employees and events. In the local multicultural context,inclusive leadership embodies "harmony in diversity"and "inclusiveness of diversity". It has strong theoretical and practical basis. However,inclusive leadership faces the challenges caused by the conflict between system and emotion,value identity barriers and environmental management complexity. Based on the previous relevant research,this paper puts forward the construction path of inclusive leadership under the local multicultural context.
