官员作风、反腐努力与政府信任:大学生的视角

On Offical Work Style,Anti-corruption Effort and Government Credibility: From the Perspective of College Students

通过整群抽样方法对729名大学生的问卷调查表明,大学生对政府的信任度比较高,近年来的反腐措施和反腐成效都受到了大学生比较积极的评价。官员作风、腐败感知、反腐力度显著影响到了大学生对政府的信任,并认为亲戚或家人遭受过政府不公正对待与政府信任显著负相关,而"三公消费"和奢靡之风得到遏制等并没有通过显著性检验。当前的改进作风和强力反腐显著影响到大学生对政府的信任。相对于遏制"三公消费"等措施而言,官员为民办实事、作风亲民、政府回应等作风的改进更能提升政府的信任度。

Through cluster sample method,729 college students were involved in the survey. The result shows college students place relatively great confidence in the government,and the anti- corruption measures and the achievements made through anti- corruption campaigns has received positive appraisals from college students. Hierarchical regression results indicates that work style of officials,public perception of corruption and efforts of anti- corruption have a significant influence on the trust which college students placed in the government. Those who think their relatives or family members received unfair treatment by the government have a negative impression on the government and hard to trust in it. However,the containment of the consumption of public funds on three major private purposes and extravagant lifestyle do not pass the significance testing. These findings indicates that the current building of a clean and honest government focused on improving official work style and strengthening anti- corruption efforts would significantly affect the trust college students placed in the government. Furthermore,compared with the measure of containing the consumption of public funds on three major private purposes,the improvement of official work style such as bringing tangible benefits to the people,following a care for the people work style,actively responding to people＇s requirements will make people trust in government more.
