摘要
通过选取出租车资源供给和需求水平指标,计算我国出租车资源“供求匹配”程度,分析了2013年我国主要城市的出租车资源“供求匹配”程度,并以大连市为例分析了2004-2013年不同时期的出租车资源“供求匹配”程度。结果表明:大连市出租车资源“供求匹配”程度最高,北京市最低;大连市除了2004年“供求匹配”程度最低且低于70%,其余年份“供求匹配”程度均高于80%。为地方政府出租车资源优化配置提供了政策启示。
The supply and demand indices were chosen, and the matching degree of taxi resource supply and demand was computed. The matching degree of taxi resource supply and demand for main cities in 2013 was analyzed, and the matching degree of taxi resource supply and demand for Dalian from 2004 to 2013 was analyzed. The main results showed that the matching degree of taxi resource supply and demand for Dalian was the highest and that of Beijing was the lowest, and the matching degree of supply and demand in 2004 for Dalian was the lowest and lower than 70 %, and the matching degree of supply and demand was all higher than 80% in other years. The policy implications of the optimal allocation of taxi resource were proposed for the local governments.
