海南省新型城镇化水平测度及指标体系构建

The Construction and Measurement of New-type Urbanization Index System in Hainan Province

在对新型城镇化的内涵特征进行总结的基础上,结合海南省实际发展情况,构建了海南省新型城镇化评价指标体系,并运用主成分分析法对海南省各市县的新型城镇化水平进行了测度和评价。分析结果表明:海南省各市县新型城镇化发展不均衡,存在较大差异;新型城镇化评价水平的前三位分别为三亚市、海口市和琼海市,而临高县、乐东县和琼中县处于末三位。并提出了相关的政策建议,从而为海南省制定新型城镇化发展战略提供科学依据。

This article constructs the evaluation index system of new-type urbanization in Hainan based on the meaning of the new-type urbanization and the actual development of Hainan, and meas- ures the level of new-type urbanization using principal component analysis method. The results show as follows.The level of new-type urbanization in Hainan＇s cities and counties is unbalanced and has a big difference. The top three and the last three of levels of new-type urbanization are Sanya, Haikou, Qionghai city, Lingao, Ledong and Qiongzhong county respectively. This paper puts forward some relevant policy suggestions, which can provide scientific evidence to formulate development strategy of new-type urbanization in Hainan Province.
