Synthesis of Ethyl Acetate Catalytic by ZrO_2 Supported Cesium Salt of Phosphorus Tungsten Vanadium Acid

摘要 采用浸渍法制备了二氧化锆负载的磷钨钒酸铯催化剂(CsH4PW10V2O40/ZrO2),采用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(IR)、电位滴定以及物理吸附(BET法)等对催化剂进行了表征分析.负载后,催化剂仍保持了典型的Keggin结构,具有较强的酸度,而且比表面积也明显提高.负载催化剂在乙酸与乙醇的酯化反应中表现出了良好的催化性能,另外催化剂用量、反应时间以及醇酸摩尔比等反应条件对反应有明显的影响,在较优化条件下,酯产率达到93.9%;催化剂通过过滤回收后可以重复使用,具有较好的稳定性. Zirconium dioxide supported cesium salt of phosphorus tungsten vanadium acid (CsH4 PW10 V2o40/ZrO2) was prepared by impregnation, and characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), IR spectra, the physical adsorption (BET) and potentiometric titration method. Results indicated that the supported catalyst still maintained a typical Keggin structure, with strong acidity, and the specific surface area was also significantly improved. The catalyst exhibited good catalytic performance and sta- bility in the esterification of acetic acid and ethanol. These reaction conditions have obvious influence on the reaction, which including the amount of catalyst, reaction time and the molar ratio of ethanol to acid. And 93.9% yield was reached under the optimal condition. After reaction, the catalyst can be reused only through filtration.
