在地方院校进行动物医学等传统农业类专业人才培养具有先天劣势,是涉农专业遇到的普遍问题.但是现代畜牧业对于应用型人才的巨大需求使得具有良好育人环境的综合性大学责无旁贷.在地方院校中,进行以应用型人才培养模式的建设,围绕着人才培养方案的改革、教学组织形式、教学环境和条件建设、师资队伍建设、政产学研和学科建设促进教学建设等方面进行建设,使专业发展与人才培养目标高度一致,成为提高农业类特别是动物医学专业人才培养质量的突破点.

Animal medicine and other traditional agricultural specialty talents training have inherent disadvantage in local comprehensive university, which is the common problem encountered. But modern animal husbandry has huge demand for the applied talents should be meted by these universities with good educational environment. There{ore, construction of animal medicine specialty taking professional talents with applied ability as the core in local comprehensive university, including the reform of talent training model, teaching organization form, teaching environment and conditions, teachers team con- struction, and construction political-industry-university-research cooperation and discipline construction to promote the teaching system and so on, make the professional development and personnel training goal is highly consistent, become the breakthrough point of animal medicine specialty talent cultivation.
