＂Jiangnan＂ is a very broad signifier in Yu Guangzhong＇s poetry.It is both a geographical concept and a changing historical category.It means not only about the real area from the perspective of time and space,but also about the cultural belongingness in the sense of spiritual level.Its embodiment covers the fields of geography,history,sociology,culture,and so on.It offers literature resources,which is full of poetic and imaginative signifier for writers.What＇s more,it is also related with the geography,emotion,culture and philosophy.It is a synonym for spiritual homeland,but also the poet＇s spiritual home within his life in the ultimate sense.
