农民工情感价值观的调查分析——基于青岛的问卷调查

文章基于对青岛市CY区内关于农民工的情感生活现状的问卷调查,调查农民工的情感生活状况。调查显示:农民工的情感价值观在一定程度上受到个人情感、家庭、经济等诸多方面的影响,在进城务工的过程中,"生存世界"对"情感世界"压抑使大多数农民工无法宣泄和表达内心的情感。这种状况是在我国正式制度和非正式制度的相互作用下形成的。因此,需要通过整个社会的努力,从经济政策、制度保障、情感引导等方面来合理解决农民工情感价值观的问题,帮助其更好的融入现代社会。

Based on the questionnaire survey of the emotional life of migrant workers in CY District of Qingdao City,to survey emotions and living conditions of migrant workers.Survey shows：Migrant workers emotional values to a certain extent,influenced by personal feelings,family,economy,and many other effects,In the process of migrant workers,Suffering from the ＂living world＂ of ＂emotional world＂ depressed,so that the most of the migrant workers do not express anger and inner feelings.This situation is formed in the interaction of the formal institution and informal institution in China.Therefore,we need to through the efforts of the whole society,from the aspects such as economic policy,institutional guarantee,emotion guide to a reasonable solution to the problem of peasant workers＇ emotional values,to help it better into the modern society.
