文化的基本内涵是一种生活方式传播的过程。传承与创新文化是大学的第四种功能,大学生是文化传承、传播与创新的生力军,是引领未来民族与社会文化风尚的中坚力量。传承文化最有效的方式莫过于在一种生活方式下同其好恶。从传媒的角度来看,一张报纸就是一所大学,这所大学为学生记者的成长成才提供了资源和舞台。特别是,学生记者通过参与办报增强了对家国天下的关心,提高了知识者的责任,培养了参与文化建设的能力。

A definition of culture is the process of spreading life style.Based on this definition,university has its fourth utility that is inheriting and innovating culture.so undergraduate have to take the responsibility of inheriting,spreading,and innovating culture,which is the main element to lead our life style and culture in the future.Influenced by close association should be the best way of inheritance,which the association means culture.For the media,one piece of newspaper could be an university,where supply resources and a stage to student reporters.Especially,student reporters can develop their knowledge and ability to take a response to our society and establish our culture.
