摘要
提高在校生的可雇佣性是大学课程教学的重要目标。本文将可雇佣性学习动机划分为学习能力、沟通能力和管理技能三个维度,运用468份来自在校大学生的有效问卷,实证研究发现:不同生源地的大学生,学习能力具有显著差异;不同生源地的大学生,沟通能力没有显著性差异;不同生源地的大学生,管理技能无显著差异。此结果可以为我国高校英语教学和课程设置改革提供一条新思路。
Reviewing the related literature of employability home and abroad,the author constructed a questionnaire and grouped English learning motivation for employability into three dimensions.They are learning ability,communication ability and managerial skills.Based on the analyses of a sample of 468 valid questionnaires,the authors find out that(1)students' learning ability is greatly affected by their longterm places of residence before they went to college;(2)students' communication skills doesn't closely relates to their long-term places of residence before they went to college;;(3)students' managerial skills are not closely affected by their long-term places of residence before they went to college.These conclusions can pave a new way for future innovation for future college English-teaching or English curriculum design
