试论如何实现更高质量的高校职业指导

A tentative study on how to achieve higher quality occupational guidance in Colleges

随着我国经济体制由计划经济向市场经济转变,大学生的就业方式也从按计划分配向自主择业转变。在大学生和就业单位自主进行双向选择的大背景下,高校毕业生更加渴求能够得到有针对性的职业指导,高校职业指导工作的重要性日益凸显。因此,对大学生进行有针对性的职业指导应当成为当前高校的重点工作之一。科学的职业指导不仅有利于高校毕业生树立科学的就业观念、提高就业能力,更重要的是有利于高等教育的可持续性发展和社会的和谐稳定。本文第一部分介绍了高校职业指导工作的重要意义,第二部分指出了我国大学生职业指导工作中存在的主要问题,第三部分针对存在问题提出提升职业指导水平的对策。

Along with the transformation of economic system of our country from planed economy to market economy,the employment mode of college students changes from all according to the national plans to relying on the determination of the college students.On the background of two-way selection system in job assignment for college students,college students are more eager to get targeted occupational guidance.The occupational guidance in colleges plays more and more important role in students＇ development.Therefore,it should be one of the key tasks for the colleges to carry out targeted occupational guidance for the college students.Scientific occupational guidance is not only beneficial to the college students to establish a scientific concept of employment and improve employment ability,but also helpful to the sustainable development of higher education and social harmony and stability.The first part of this paper describes the importance of occupational guidance.The second part points out the main problems in occupational guidance of college students in our country.The third part proposes measures to improve the level of occupational guidance.
