The Research and Practice on Applied Talents Training Mode of Based on Collaborative Innovation

本文针对目前学生培养中存在的一些问题,通过建立校企协同创新平台、校校协同创新平台以及校所协同创新平台,探讨和研究了土木工程专业"应用型"人才培养模式。实践证明这种人才培养模式具有鲜明的特点,对同类院系具有一定的参考价值。

Aiming at some problems existing in cultivating students of civil engineering major currently,this pa-per discussed the ＇application-based＇ talents training mode in civil engineering by establishing the collaborativeinnovation platform of universities and enterprises, universities, universities and research institutes. It has beenfound that the talents training mode had the distinctive characteristic and offered some reference for similar de-partments.
