摘要
随着存在情境差异的合理性得到越来越广泛的认同,带有特色的情境要素逐渐凸显,对管理学问题的深层次解答也开始从各种带有差异的情境角度出发。在理论回顾和扎根分析的基础上,对情境概念的演化和分类进行总结与述评,探讨并分析了情境化的研究现状,并提出情境化研究的方法,尝试给出管理领域情境化研究的未来方向。
With the significant contextual differences being reasonable to be more widely recognized,"contextual"factors become more prominent.The deeply solving management issues gradually become from a variety of contexts with differences.This study summarizes and reviews the evolution of the contextual concept and classification,explores and analyzes the situation of contextual research based on theoretical review and grounded theory.Finally,it proposes the contextual research approach,tring to give future direction of contextual research in management.
