大面积烧伤患儿直接照顾者照顾感受的质性研究

The qualitative study of the feeling of caregivers who take direct care of children patients with large-area burns

目的:了解大面积烧伤患儿直接照顾者在照顾患儿期间内心深处的真实感受。方法:采用质性研究的现象学研究方法,对13例大面积烧伤患儿直接照顾者进行深入访谈。结果:通过阅读、分析、反思、分类和提炼主题,得出心理负担过重、应对态度不同、经济负担过重、支持系统薄弱等4个主题。结论:护理人员关注大面积烧伤患儿的同时,应重视其直接照顾者的身心压力,对其提供专业照护知识及进行相应的心理疏导,以减轻其心理负担,最终促进患儿的康复及成长。

Objective： To explore the true and heartfelt feeling of caregivers who take direct care ofchildren patients with large- area burns during their care- given time.Methods： Adopted the phenomenology study method of the qualitative study to make in- depth interview of 13 caregivers who had taken direct care of the children patients with large-area burns.Results： Through the reading,analysis,introspection,categorization and theme extraction,four theme factors were summarized and turned out to be the overloaded psychological burden,different coping attitudes,overloaded economic burden and weak supporting system.Conclusion： As the nursing personnel are paying attention to the children patients with large-area burns,in the mean time,they should lay importance to the psychological pressure of the caregivers and provide them with professional nursing knowledge and psychological counseling in order to alleviate their psychological pressure and promote the rehabilitation and healthy growth of the children patients.
