摘要
目的：探讨应用开环式微创痔上黏膜环切术（TST）治疗痔疮的效果观察及其护理方法。方法：选择2014年6月~2015年6月我院收治的痔疮患者作为研究对象,随机等分为对照组和试验组,对照组予以吻合器痔上黏膜环切术,试验组予以TST。将两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、愈合时间、并发症发生情况进行对比。结果：试验组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、术后愈合时间均明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。试验组并发症低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：应用TST对患者进行治疗并实施针对性护理,效果好,操作简单,并发症少安全性高,具有极大的推广应用价值。
Objective： To discuss the effects of tissue- selecting therapy stapler（TST） for patients with hemorrhoids and its nursing care.Methods： Patients with hemorrhoids treated by our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the object in study,and randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the experimental group.The patients in the control group received Procedure for Prolapse and Hemorrhoid,while the patients in the experimental group received open loop minimally invasive surgery TST.The procedure length of time,the amount of bleeding during procedure,length of stay in hospital after procedure,healing time of the wound,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results： The procedure length of time,the amount of bleeding during procedure,length of stay in hospital after procedure,healing time of wound of the experimental group were significantly less than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Complications of the experimental group was fewer than that of the control group,and the difference had statistical significance（ P 0.05）.Conclusion： After the application of TST for patients with hemorrhoids and targeted nursing care,the effect is quite good,and the procedure is quite simple,with fewer complications,higher safety,which has a significant value for promotion and application in practice.
