导乐仪在产妇分娩镇痛中的临床应用

The clinic application of the Doula apparatus in the delivery analgesiafor puerperae

目的：探讨导乐仪在产妇分娩镇痛中的临床应用效果。方法：随机抽取2012年8月~2014年9月于我院分娩的足月单胎妊娠初产妇290例为研究对象,将2012年8月~2013年8月未实施镇痛措施的145例产妇设为对照组,将2013年9月~2014年9月应用导乐仪镇痛的产妇设为观察组,比较两组产妇分娩活跃期的疼痛评分、分娩方式、分娩进展以及新生儿Apgar评分情况。结果：观察组产妇在疼痛评分、分娩方式、分娩进展以及新生儿Apgar评分上均优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：将导乐仪应用于产妇分娩镇痛中效果良好,值得推广。

Objective： To explore the clinic application effect of the Doula apparatus in the delivery analgesia for puerperae.Methods： Randomly selected290 cases of primiparae with full- term singleton pregnancy who were delivered in our hospital from August 2012 to September 2014 as the research objects.Put the 145 cases of puerperal who didn＇t received the delivery analgesia measure from August 2012 to August 2013 as the control group,and put the other145 cases of puerperal who were applied the Doula apparatus for analgesia from September 2013 to September 2014 as the observation group.Compared the pain scores,delivery mode,delivery progress and newborns＇ Apgar scores during the puerpera＇s active delivery phase of the two groups.Results： The pain scores,delivery mode,delivery progress and newborns＇ Apgar scores of the puerperae in the observation group were all superior to that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The Doula apparatus act an effective role in the delivery analgesia for puerperae and it is worthy of popularization.
