医疗失效模式与效应分析在住院患者预约检查管理中的应用

The application of healthcare failure mode and effect analysis in the inpatient condition check appointment management

目的:探讨医疗失效模式与效应分析在住院患者预约检查管理中的运用效果。方法:2014年7月开始我科运用医疗失效模式与效应分析方法对预约检查执行流程进行危害分析,找出失效模式及潜在原因,针对需优先解决的问题进行改进。比较实施前后预约检查漏查和延时未查情况。结果:实施前后住院患者预约检查漏检率下降了,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用医疗失效模式与效应分析细化住院患者预约检查执行流程可降低漏检率,提高护理服务质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of healthcare failure mode and effect analysis in the inpatient condition check appointment management.Methods： From July 2014,our department started to apply the healthcare failure mode and effect analysis method to making hazard analysis of condition check appointment execution procedure in order to find out the failure mode and potential causes and modify the problems need solving in priority.Compared the condition of check omission and check failure for the reason of delay before and after the method implementation.Results： The check omission and check failure occurrence rate was decreased after the implementation compared to these conditions before the implementation.The difference was of statistic significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The application of healthcare failure mode and effect analysis to detail the inpatient condition check appointment execution procedure can reduce the check omission rate and improve the nursing service quality.
