品管圈在提高急诊预检分诊正确率中的应用

The application of quality control circle in improving the accuracy in the triage of emergency treatment and pre-examination

目的:探讨品管圈活动在提高急诊预检分诊正确率中的应用效果。方法:科室成立品管圈小组,分析急诊预检未正确分诊的原因,实施整改措施,比较整改前后的急诊预检分诊正确率。结果:整改后急诊预检分诊正确率高于整改前(P<0.05);无形效果各维度得分也有明显提高。结论:品管圈活动的开展有助于提高急诊预检分诊正确率,并有效的提高了来诊患者对分诊工作的满意度,提高了分诊护士的综合能力,增加护士的归属感与成就感。

Objective： To explore the application effect of quality control circle in improving the accuracy in the triage of emergency treatment and pre- examination.Methods： Each department built the quality control circle team,made analysis of the inaccuracy in the triage of emergency treatment and pre-examination,implemented rectification measures,and then compared the triage accuracy before the rectification with the one after the rectification.Results：The accuracy in the triage of emergency treatment and pre-examination after the rectification was higher than the one before the rectification（ P 0.05）;the scores of differentintangible effect dimensions were also evidently improved.Conclusion： The conduct of the quality control circle activities give boost to improving the accuracy in the triage of emergency treatment and pre- examination,and effectively enhance the patients＇ satisfaction towards the triage work,thus improving the comprehensive abilities of the triage nurses and strengthening their sense of belonging and achievement.
