摘要 针对传统LED课程教学中面临的重理论轻实践的现状,导致学生就业与社会需求脱节的问题,本文积极探索了LED教学新模式:理论学习—校内实训—企业运用,积极与校企合作企业三个阶段、三个对接共同培养学生,提升了专业服务产业的能力,实现了教学过程与工作过程的零距离对接,实现了学校企业互利共赢的良好局面。 To solve the problem of ignoring practice in the teaching of LED curriculum, which has caused a big gap between students" employment and social needs, this paper explores the new model of LED teach- ing: theoretical study, training in school, application in enterprises. Through cultivating talents based on the above three stages, it promotes the ability of serving for the industry, realizes the integration of the teaching process and the production process, creates a good situation of mutual benefit and win-win result.
