论依法治国道路的中国选择与价值追求

On China's choice and value pursuit on the road of Rule of Law

作为一个国家治国理政的思想体系和基本方式,法治代表着一种价值取向,体现了一个国家的治理能力,反映出一个国家的文明程度。"依法治国"的思想从法律学术语话题上升为国家的治国方略,已17年有余。然而,中国距离法治国家或法治社会还存在着一定距离。因此,选择一种什么样的法治道路,直接关系到我国国家治理体系和治理能力的现代化建设,关系到中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦的实现。

As a country＇s ideological system and basic mode of governing state affairs, rule of law represents a kind of value orientation, reflects a country＇s governance ability, and shows a country＇s civilization de- gree. The rule of law, from a law term to a strategy of running a state,has been more than 17 years. How- ever, China has certain distance to a country under the rule of law or the rule of law society. Therefore, choosing what kind of way of legal system is directly related to the modernization of China＇s national gov- ernance system and ability, and concerns the rejuvenation of Chinese nation.
