志愿服务推崇的是由爱及人,是充满人文关怀社会服务活动。当前我国正提倡并落实社会主义核心价值观的构建,发展志愿服务事业正是构建社会主义核心价值观的重要途径。志愿服务作为一项社会实践活动,有着深厚的理论基础,从马克思主义人本思想、西方宗教慈善文化以及中国传统仁爱思想三个不同角度剖析志愿服务的理论基础,更能体现出志愿服务事业是有强大理论基础的社会实践活动。

The core concept of voluntary service is love and people, it＇s full of human＇s affection. China＇s government is currently proposing to construct the core values of Socialism and voluntary service is an im- portant way of realizing this. Voluntary service, as a practical social activity, has a wide range of theoreti- cal bases. This paper analyzes the bases from Marxism people-oriented thought, Western religious charity thought and ChinEs traditional kind-heartedness thought, which shows clearly that voluntary service has great theoretical bases.
