玉屏风颗粒联合止汗贴治疗小儿肺炎愈后多汗症39例临床观察

Clinical observation of the effect of Yupingfeng Keli and Zhihan Tie in treating 39 cases of pediatric hyperhidrosis after pneumonia cure

目的观察玉屏风颗粒联合止汗贴治疗小儿肺炎愈后多汗症的临床疗效。方法将78例肺炎愈后多汗症患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组2组,各39例。对照组给予谷维素片治疗,治疗组采用玉屏风颗粒联合止汗贴进行治疗,疗程均为2周,并随访2周。结果治疗组总有效率为97.44%,对照组为56.41%,2组比较差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。治疗2周多汗症状无明显改善和无效病例不进行比较,治疗组38例汗出消退时间为(7.66±2.45)d,对照组22例汗出消退时间为(11.41±1.71)d,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。治疗组呼吸道感染发生率为28.21%,对照组为69.23%,2组比较差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论玉屏风颗粒联合止汗贴治疗小儿肺炎愈后多汗症疗效确切可靠。

Objective To observe the effect of Yupingfeng Keli and Zhihan Tie in treating pediatric hyperhidrosis after pneumonia cure. Methods 78 patients with hyperhidrosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oryzanol tablets,the treatment group was treated with Yupingfeng Keli and Zhihan Tie for 2 weeks,then followed up for 2 weeks. Results The total effective rate was 97. 44% in treatment group and 56. 41% in control group（ P〈0. 01）. During the 2 weeks of treatment,cases that sweating symptoms did not significantly improved were excluded. Sweating time persisted for（ 7. 66 ± 2. 45） days in the treatment group,（ 11. 41 ± 1. 71） days in the control group（ 22 cases）（ P〈0. 05）.Respiratory tract infection ratio was 28. 21% in the treatment group,69. 23% in the control group（ P〈0. 01）.Conclusion Yupingfeng Keli and Zhihan Tie can be used to treat pediatric hyperhidrosis after pneumonia cure with good effect.
