我国物流通道的生产服务效率研究--基于SFA面板数据模型的实证研究

Research on the Production Service Efficiency of China's Logistic Corridors——An Empirical Study Based on SFA Panel Data Model

以2000—2013年中国物流通道及其沿线区域的面板数据为基础，利用随机前沿分析（SFA）和一步估计法，通过对SFA方法的适用性、生产函数的适用性以及技术进步的存在性等检验，最后选择考虑技术进步因素的基于超越对数生产函数的SFA面板数据模型进行实证研究。研究结果表明：中国物流通道生产服务效率具有明显的时空差异特征。从时间维度上看，各物流通道的生产服务效率从21世纪以来呈现总体上升趋势，但在经济发展、政策等因素影响下有明显的波动；从空间维度上看，纵贯南北且地处东部的物流通道生产服务效率较高，纵贯南北且地处中西部以及横跨东中西部的物流通道生产服务效率较低，长江和沿海两个以水运为主、货运铁路还未贯通的物流通道生产服务效率偏低。

Based on the panel data of China＇ s logistic corridors and the surrounding regions from 2000 to 2013, this paper uses single -stage estimation and the stochastic frontier analysis （SFA） to test the applicability of SFA method and the production function, and the existence of technological progress. Based on the results of the tests, and by taking the influence of technologi- cal progress into consideration, an empirical study is made on SFA panel data model which is based on the transcendental logarithmic production function. The results show that： The produc- tion service efficiency of China＇ s logistic corridors has obvious characteristics of temporal and spatial differences. From the temporal dimension, the production service efficiency of the logistic corridor tends to increase in general since the 21st century, but it fluctuates significantly under the influence of economic development and government policies. From the spatial dimension, logistics corridors located in eastern China, which run through north to south have higher production service efficiency. However, logistic corridors located in the central and western China, which run through north to south, and logistic corridors which run through central and western China all have low production service efficiency. The Yangtze River and the coastal logistic corridors, which mainly rely on water transportation without railway transportation, have lower production service efficiency.
