支气管哮喘缓解期治疗的护理干预

NURSING INTERVENTION IN REMISSION STAGE OF BRONCHIAL ASTHMA

目的探讨护理干预对支气管哮喘患者缓解期治疗依从性的影响。方法对支气管哮喘急性发作期入院患者随机分为干预组及对照组各108例,在急性发作期病情控制,病情稳定出院后对干预组进行出院治疗指导,定期随访督导缓解期用药。对照组采用出院后交待病情及出院用药,不进行督导,2月后进行随访。结果干预组哮喘发作例数为11.9%,而对照组哮喘发作例数为45.36%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论支气管哮喘缓解期护理干预治疗可明显减少哮喘复发,有效防止并发症发生,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the treatment compliance of pa- tients with bronchial asthma in remission stage. Methods Patients with acute bronchial asthma in acute- outbreak period were randomly divided into the intervention group and the contrast group, with 108 cases in each group. After patients＇ conditions were improved and they were discharged, the intervention group received guidance on treatment and regular supervision on medication in remission stage. The contrast group received only guidance on medication but without supervision. The follow-up surveys lasted 2 months. Results The recurence rate of asthma attack was 11.9% in the intervention group and 45.36% in the contrast group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention in the remission stage of bronchial asthma can significantly reduce the recurrence rate, prevent complications effectively and improve patients＇ quality of life.
