加味当归补血汤治疗肺癌放疗后白细胞减少的临床疗效

CLINICAL EFFECT OF MODIFIED DANGGUI BLOOD-ENRICHING DECOCTION ON LEUKOPENIA INDUCED BY RADIOTHERAPY IN PATIENTS WITH LUNG CANCER

目的观察加味当归补血汤对肺癌患者放疗后白细胞减少的临床疗效。方法选择经病理证实的肺癌患者70例,随机分试验组和对照组各35例,对照组接受放疗同时给予利血生、鲨肝醇口服;试验组接受放疗的同时口服加味当归补血汤,每日一剂。两组均以3周为一个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。观察两组患者外周白细胞变化情况。结果试验组总有效率为94.3%,对照组为77.1%,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。应用加味当归补血汤试验组患者的白细胞明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味当归补血汤对肺癌患者放疗后所致的白细胞减少疗效确切。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified danggui blood-enriching decoction on leu- kopenia induced by radiotherapy in patients with lung cancer. Methods Seventy cases of lung cancer were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group. The ex- perimental group was given modified danggui blood-enriching decoction, the control group received leuco- gen and batiol tablets, and both groups were treated with radiotherapy at the same time, 3 weeks as a course for 2 courses. The changes in peripheral blood leukocytes in the two groups were observed. Results The total clinical effective rate was 94.3%in the experimental group and 77.1% in the control group（ P 〈0.05）. The white blood cells in the experimental group were more than those in the control group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Modified danggui blood-enriching decoction can produce good curative effect on leucope- nia caused by radiotherapy for lung cancer.
