摘要
电气化铁路的高速发展使其接触网检修作业呈现明显的大分散性、长距离、通信及维护困难等特点。接触网检修作业在山区、隧道等无GPRS网络覆盖地区,信息很难传递给供电调度中心,使调度人员无法监控现场作业的具体情况,造成漏挂地线及带地线送电等不必要的安全事故。针对此类问题,设计了一种结合Zig Bee技术、视频图像技术以及GPS技术的接触网检修作业挂接地线监测装置。该装置以短信和彩信的形式收集作业现场地线挂接状态、位置及现场作业图片等信息,在GPRS网络覆盖的地区,通过GPRS网络传输信息,在无GPRS网络覆盖的地区,则通过Zig Bee自组网络通道进行传送,当信息传送到GPRS网络覆盖区时,经过网络转换,使信息附加到可以远程通信的GPRS网络,实现信息实时可靠的传输给供电调度中心。该装置可有效解决通信盲区问题,可靠保证作业现场与调度中心的通信,防止误送电及带电挂接地线的发生,保护人身及设备安全,提高接触网检修作业的信息化水平。
The high-speed development of the electric railway makes the operation of the maintenance work of the network to have the characteristics of large dispersion, long distance, and difficult communication and maintenance. The contact network maintenance operations are normally carried out in the mountains, tunnels and other non GPRS network coverage area where it is difficult or impossible to send the information to the power dispatch center, so that the dispatch staff can not monitor the specific circumstances of the site, resulting in safety accidents such as leakage of ground wires and electricity leakage by the ground wire. To address these issues, this paper designs a new device based on ZigBee tech- nology, the video image technology and GPS technology. The device collects the information of the hanging state of the ground wire in the operations field, positions and job site pictures in the form of SMS and MMS. And in GPRS network cove-rage area the information is transmitted through the GPRS network, and in the absence of GPRS network coverage area information through the ZigBee network channel, and when information is transmitted to the GPRS-covered zone, through the network transformation, the information is attached to the GPRS network for remote communication so that the information is transferred to the power supply dispatching center in real time. The device can effectively solve the communication blind area problem, and reliably guarantee the field operations and control center communication, and prevent miscarriage of the electricity and charged hanging earthing from occurring and protect the safety of people and equipment and improve the information level of the maintenance operation of the contact network.
